From the border of Juarez/El Paso where she was born & raised, Alejandra graduated with a degree in CIS and worked as the General Manager in a franchise for 10+ years.
She arrived to Del Rio, TX in late 2017 with a dream to become a business owner & bring something unique to her new community.
Even though her favorite food is the Mexican cuisine, she simply appreciates good cooking overall and enjoys supporting local places.
Yummy foods & nice ambiance are the perfect combination for this entrepreneur.
Born in the valley but raised in Mexico, studied culinary arts at Texas State Technical College in Harlingen, TX. Obtained an Associate of Applied Science Culinary Arts degree at TSTC’s program in 2015, which took her new found skills to the town of San Marcos, TX.
She worked for a popular national chain restaurant for approximately 4 months, then was recruited by a local eatery in Wimberly, TX to work on desserts.
Rosaluz was able to progress within to company to the sous chef, during her 3-year employment in Wimberly. In 2018, she decided to move closer to Del Rio and worked at a local steakhouse.
830 Kitchen feels very lucky to have "Rosie" as part of its team.
A native Del Rioan, “Moe” brings approximately 10 years of knowledge and experience in the Food Service Industry and 4 years in the Automotive Industry, running 3 departments.
One of her strong suits is customer service. Her primary role as FOH Supervisor is to focus that every guest is having a good experience with the product & overall service.
Moe has a fun and positive personality. Our Management team is thrilled to have her on board.
